Helen Rougalas greets the attention lavished upon her as Winnipeg's first baby of 1983 with a what's-all-the-fuss yawn. Born at 2:15 a.m. Saturday at St. Boniface Hospital, Amalia and John Rougalas's daughter weighed 3.3 kilograms (seven pounds, three ounces).
