05/13/2013 6:54 PM 0The Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins met Monday night in Boston in the seventh and deciding game of the Eastern Conference quarterfinal. The Leafs pulled ahead 4-1 in the third period before Boston answered with three unanswered goals, sending the game to overtime. Patrice Bergeron scored the overtime winner, eliminating the Leafs from the Stanley Cup playoffs.

Ice damage at Ochre Beach
05/13/2013 10:58 AM 022 homes were damaged and 12 of them destroyed after a wall of ice climbed the shore at Dauphin Lake and swallowed lakeside homes. No injuries were reported.

Missing Cleveland women found
05/7/2013 3:26 PM 0Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michele Knight were found in a house on Seymour Avenue in Cleveland, Monday, May 6, 2013. The three women, who went missing about a decade ago, were found alive in a residential area just south of downtown. Authorities later arrested three brothers, ages 50 to 54.
