Pembina Active Living (PAL) held its annual fundraising dinner on April 14, 2015 at the Manitoba Institute of Technology and Trades (MITT). PAL is a 55-plus organization committed to enhancing the lives of older adults in the southern areas of the city. Chef Louis Rodriguez and students in MITT's culinary arts & design program prepared the meal.
