Canad Inns Stadium site sold to Polo Park Holdings

June 28, 2012 - Mayor Sam Katz announced the sale of the Canad Inns Stadium site to Polo Holdings for $30.25 million. Cadillac Fairview and developer Shindico will partner to develop the site, and demolish the old stadium.
