CN Rail blockade ends peacefully near Portage la Prairie
A handful of demonstrators ended their blockade of the main CN Rail line crossing the Yellowhead Highway, just north of the Trans-Canada Highway. Around 6:00 p.m. the demonstrators called off blockade after about 6 hours of halting train traffic.
