The Wagon Wheel Restaurant closes

July 13, 2012 - The Wagon Wheel Restaurant, a downtown Winnipeg institution at 305 Hargrave St. for six decades, closes its doors Friday. The lease is up and the building is being torn down. Owner Fran Gomez can't afford to move elsewhere.
