Three in hospital after 20 vehicle crash on Concordia Overpass

A 20 vehicle pile-up around 6:51 a.m. Friday morning closed the Concordia Overpass on Lagimodiere Boulevard and sent three people to hospital. A stretch of Lagimodiere was reopened around 9:30 a.m. Sections of the roads were ice covered. Oct. 26 2012
