Marking their territory?
An Osborne Village-area resident responds by telephone to today's article about the recent Winnipeg police graffiti sting, and one suspect's plan to put himself on the right side of the law.
While she didn’t leave her name – her view on "tagging," "bombing," or whatever you may want to call it is pretty simple:

"It almost reminds me of a group of dogs picking an area and urinating on a pole, marking their territory," she said.
And in her view, the 22-year-old suspect’s plan to farm out his know-how to businesses to protect them from becoming tagger targets is nothing short of extortion.
