A small gesture, immensely appreciated
I would like to thanks the group of teenage girls in the women’s change room at the Elmwood/Kildonan Pool on Concordia Avenue.
My boys, three and four years old, had finished their swimming class, and after a very frustrating time of getting them both showered and dressed, I gathered up out stuff and headed out the door. Just as I was about to head to our van, one of the girls came running out of the change room with my purse in hand, asking if I forgot it.
Thank you so much. Losing that purse would be like losing a part of my life, as I have everything in there.
Taking the time to return my purse might have seemed like a small gesture, but it was immensely appreciated.
