Couple of broken ribs
I took a really bad spill while rollerblading on the Bishop Grandin Greenway.
I want to say a quick thanks to the lady on rollerblades and the gentlemen on the bike who came upon me as I was crawling out of the bushes. They walked me to a bench and stayed with me until I reached someone and they were sure I was OK.
In case they are reading: a couple of broken ribs but no other major damage.
