While waiting in traffic for the light to change at about 2 p.m. at the corner of River Avenue and Osborne Street, we noticed a disabled woman having difficulty manoeuvering around the confusion of road construction signs and pylons.
Next moment, we saw a young city road construction worker, in hard hat, vest, etc.) stop his work to offer his arm to the woman. He then walked her safely to the other side of the street.
Hats off to you young man, whoever you are!
