Elise, the good fairy
I attended the performance of Cirque de Soleil at the MTS Centre.
The ticket was purchased while I was in good health. Unfortunately, by the time of the performance, that situation had changed and required proximity to a bathroom. When I entered the building and saw the length of stairway, an usher was consulted.
Out of nowhere, a good fairy in the form of Elise appeared. Problem solved: she changed my seat and found me an aisle seat, top row in close proximity to the bathroom.
She also came at intervals to see that I was OK, and escorted me out at the end of the performance.
I am a senior senior with arthritic knees. The courtesy is deeply appreciated, Elise.
