Friends are Earth-bound angels

  • Print

Early one Saturday morning, our daughter was in a restaurant with her boyfriend when a group of bullies went to their table and harassed them.

My daughter was afraid they would do something to the vehicle after they left and sure enough these hoodlums slashed two tires and broke the taillight.

I know it could have been worse, but it was enough.

The police did nothing except give them a lecture and ask them if it was a learning experience for them.

Anyway, since we only have one vehicle in our family, we were left stranded. Our friends, John and Sandi, had no problem loaning us their vehicle to go to Autopac and take care of business.

We feel so blessed to have friends such as these as they are a "We will do anything for you" couple. We love them so much.

And so John and Sandi, thank you.
