My 83-year-old grandmother tripped and fell while walking into The Bay Downtown.
She told me that instantly there was "a crowd of people" offering help and assisting her into the building to find her a chair.
She said the kind strangers made sure she was alright and helped bandage up the cut on her nose.
On behalf of my family, I would like to thank all of the people who came to my grandmother’s aid, especially a lady who works at the cosmetics counter at The Bay who went the extra mile by calling my grandmother at home to ensure she arrived safely and was feeling alright.
I am happy to report that my grandmother is just fine and suffered only some scratches and bruises.
