Now, that’s customer service
I stopped on my way home for take-out at a Pasquale’s Restaurant on Marion Street. I ran in to get my order and ran back out to my car parked right in front of the restaurant. To my dismay, my car would not start — dead battery!
I went back into the restaurant and asked Sandro, the owner, if he had a phone book so that I could call a garage. Sandro told me he would take care of it only to jump in his car to go to the nearest garage and return with a portable charger for my battery.
We got my car started and I wanted everyone to know what a great guy Sandro is and what a great restaurant Pasquale’s is.
Now that is customer service
Thank you, Sandro.
