Phone returned in pristine condition

  • Print

My niece was having a difficult evening after work because her dog bolted out the front door and down the street.

She took off after him and didn’t realize until later that her iPhone was missing.

She called in reinforcements (her sister and me) and with a rake and a broom we combed the area a couple of times and went over it once with a flashlight to be sure.

Her sister put notes in people’s mailboxes.

Imagine our surprise when my niece got a call that a local woman had found the phone. We were all thrilled. The phone was in pristine condition and worked like a charm.

How nice that a Good Samaritan was so honest in returning the phone. Winnipeggers are the best.
