A FEW months ago, I went shopping at Extra Foods. I was low on cash, so I only bought a few things.
I was counting my change as I was waiting in line. My purchase was for a few dollars. A lady was watching me count my change. She stopped me on the way out. As she approached me, she said she lives alone and had purchased too much fruit. She gave me some of her fruit. After thanking her very much, I headed home. Now when I have more than enough food, I will think of that lady and share it with a needy person.
