Small things mean so much
Dear Kelly,
We don’t know each other, however, back in the Spring you stopped by while I was de-thatching my front lawn. You said you lived down the street and showed such kindness by offering to finish the job for me.
Your kindness would have been appreciated at any time but your timing was so perfect. I was dealing with a lot that day and just knowing someone cared meant the world to easing my mind.
We often never know the ripple effect our kind gestures have. I want you to know how your gesture perked me up and brightened my day.
Thank you so very much.
— Linda Murphy
