So many helpful hands
About a month ago, my former landlord on Sherbrook Street was spraying his premises for bedbugs. He accidently threw my cat out the door.
Somehow the cat ended up at the Maryland Hotel parking lot. A worker from the vendor saw her wandering around the parking lot, picked her up and brought her back safely to her residence.
Thank you, Dave, for your act of kindness.
This was a miracle in the making as I had gone on a wild goose chase to the Winnipeg Humane Society on a bogus call that my cat had been picked up at the Walmart on Ellice Street.
Also, thank you to the Winnipeg Transit staff for being so helpful in getting me to the humane society by bus.
