So many to thank

  • Print

This is a big thank-you to all the people who helped me in March.

I had a person stay in my house to keep an eye on it while I was in Mexico on holidays. Instead of taking care of my home, he stole my car and trashed my house. It was in the news for a week.

Jon Hendricks is a very compassionate and kind man. After the news, MX Renovations came and fixed everything that needed to be fixed in one day. Thank you Garry and crew, I would never have been able to afford to fix it.

Thanks to Rob from the Teak House, who fixed my furniture, Colleen, Irene, Daryl, my family Pat, Myrna, Gary, Maryann, Dave and Suzanne.

Thank god for friends, new and old.

And to the person who donated money, I don’t know who you are, but thank you for being so kind.

Things are back to normal because of all of you. Once again: a big thank you.

— Karin Shaw
