Running across Marion to catch a bus pulling away from the stop, all the papers, including a cheque, that were in my the binder flew all over the street.
Thank you to the drivers of the vehicles who stopped abruptly causing traffic to back up, as well as everyone waiting so patiently as I collected them.
Also, thank you very much to the man who ran from the bus stop onto the street and collected my papers very quickly and handed them to me. I didn’t have a real chance to really thank you at the time.
