I noticed traffic was backed up as I was walking down Portage Avenue. I wondered if there was a stalled car down the way, but couldn’t see anything right away.
Once I came to Valour Road, I noticed cars stopping then swerving their cars around something on the road. As I crossed Portage Avenue, I realized it was a street parking sign. Finally, someone in a black car stopped their car, got out and picked it up and moved it to the sidewalk.
