Thank you to the beautiful people

  • Print

My daughter and I spent the day shopping for a vintage chair to repurpose for her apartment.

Well, she found the perfect chair at Antiques and Funk on Main Street. The only problem was, no matter how hard we tried, it was not going to fit in our car.

As we were struggling with the chair, a couple who had just left the store approached us and asked where we lived and that they had a van and would be happy to drive it home in for us.

My daughter looked at me, and at them, and said, "Really?" After some convincing on their part, my daughter finally accepted their kind offer (they even refused money for gas) and she now has even more reason to love that chair.

We both just want to say thank you to those beautiful people
