Thanks for caring
I was involved in a motor vehicle accident, on Sept. 16, on Academy Road, that resulted in my vehicle rolling over.
Thankfully, although I was injured, I was able to get myself out of the car. By this time, traffic had stopped and a woman seemed to appear out of nowhere and helped me to the curb. I had a cut on my hand that was bleeding quite badly. The woman who helped me to the curb had the foresight to bring a first-aid kit with her, and she tended to my cut hand.
Shortly afterwards, paramedics arrived, and I was taken to hospital.
I am very grateful to the medical emergency personnel for their professionalism and caring, and I am particularly grateful to the woman who stopped and tended to my hand.
Your selflessness and concern for my well being is so appreciated. I didn’t have the presence of mind to ask your name, but I want you to know that your presence made a very scary experience much less so. Thank you.
