Thanks to Fas Gas staff
I left my purse behind at the Fas Gas Station on Main Street in Neepawa and didn’t realize that until almost two hours and many kilometres later.
On the phone, Chris, a co-manager, assured me that my purse was there and that it would be kept secure until I returned for it, either that day or the next.
The honesty and integrity of both the person who found the purse and turned it in to Chris, and of Chris and the other staff at the station kept my unfortunate oversight from becoming my nightmare.
My attempt to reward Chris was very politely refused. The managers assured me that "this is who they are."
My sincere thanks goes out to Chris and his co-managers and also the individual who found the purse and turned it in.
Fas Gas will be our stop whenever we pass through Neepawa again.
