The Good Samaritans

  • Print

In the evening hours of May 27, 2013 our beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away in his vehicle at Waverley Street and Bishop Grandin Boulevard.

While there was nothing that could have been done to prevent the inevitable, we would like to issue special thanks to the Good Samaritans who came to his aid.

Thank you to the gentlemen nearby who hurried to his side to administer CPR and notify family.

Thank you to the lady who remained close to provide comfort to his young passenger.

Thank you to the emergency responders who continued to administer first aid until family had the opportunity to bid farewell.

Amidst the grief experienced as a result of this great loss, comfort is taken in knowing that all was done that could have been done to save our loved one. Thank you for this comfort.

— The Chiarella Family
