Went above and beyond

Although not entirely random, I would like to thank the snow plow operator who cleared our back lane.

He was working near Academy Road at Kenaston Boulevard when I found great chunks of ice in our parking space. I was a little perturbed and went out to tell him so.

He remained amazingly calm and pleasant and proceeded to rectify the mess. I am grateful, as removing those chunks would have been next to impossible.

He did more than his job and that is a rare asset these days.
