I've been spending my morning scrolling through countless news releases from the parties claiming various victories in last night's English language debate. (I got 88 of them during the two hours of the debate alone.)Everyone seems to think they won.But so far my absolute favourite report on the debates came through from Gerry Nicholls, formerly of National Citizens' Coalition fame where he worked with Stephen Harper for a time.Nicholls sums up the debate as follows:"Everybody at the table kept trying to convince Stephen Harper he was a conservative, he kept reassuring them he wasn't."Could be the theme of the election too, n'est pas?
