Executive director of the Movement Centre of Manitoba and YWCA Woman of Distinction

"I just finished an amazing novel, The Linnet Bird. It has been out for some time. It was written by my good friend Linda Holeman. It's one of those books that you don't want to put down, which is a bad thing when you have busy day ahead at the office and you end up yawning all day. Linda has a unique writing style; her attention to detail makes you feel like you're living among the characters. I know that Linda spent time in both India and England, learning the culture first-hand. In my opinion, it's a must read."
