Kudos to the Winnipeg Football Club for taking a bold step with the release of the CEO and GM, and hiring Wade Miller. In order to complete the process, the board should engage in an organizational audit that establishes an effective management structure with good communication protocols for the future.

The board needs to ensure it has a good governance manual with a code of ethics that guides the entire organization. Let's get this right.
