I'd like to offer a suggestion as to how the temperature in the rapid transit station at Osborne can be improved.

The overhead heat bars are inefficient, they are too high up. With the slightest wind, the heat totally dissipates.

I personally consider it a total waste of energy. I suggest Winnipeg Transit install small enclosed heated booths in the station where the paper stands are.

I wish the mayor would go there a few mornings and wait for 20 minutes in -30 degrees. Maybe then he'll understand what the people are going through when taking rapid transit.
