What's all the excitement about in your Feb. 14 story Schools ensure Valentine's love for all? When I was a child in Grade 1 at Prince Edward School back in 1961, our teacher sent home a list with everyone's name and requested that everyone receive a valentine.
During my teaching career, I always made sure that everyone received a valentine from everyone in the class.

If I was slow getting the list of names sent home, parents would be contacting me to send the list of first names home as soon as possible so that valentines could be written.
I am shocked that some schools do not enforce this idea.
