Letter of the Day
It's a zombie world now
The Zombie Walk (SundayExtra, Oct. 14) is nothing out of the ordinary. New technology has created these zombie recluses for years now. They are all around us -- at first walking with their heads down and their hand held against their ear, oblivious to the beautiful world around them.
Now they walk, drive and sit across from each other, staring at their hand and afraid that they will miss something earth-shattering.
Well, the good news is that the latest advancement will be a chip that can be attached to one's skull so that you can share your inner-most thoughts 24/7. The bad news is that it has to be attached to a functioning brain.
