Re: No place for laziness to hide (Aug. 13). These two workers are not driving while distracted, nor while impaired. They have put safety first, even over having lunch.
It's not their fault they were sent to cut grass that was already cut. Seeing the obvious, they turned off their engines, saving the environment from both unnecessary air and noise pollution.
Just because they refuse to follow the insane craze to feign looking busy they should not be punished.
They are sincere. Genuine even. They are excellent examples of the postmodern workforce. They should be commended.
