Poor behaviour mars practice
Re: Jets stage MTS Centre love-in (Jan. 14). It was so nice to see such a great turnout at Sunday morning's Jets practice. The crowd was fantastic and reminded me why Winnipeg is such a great place to live.
It is unfortunate that a few Idle No More protesters felt the need to try to ruin the community atmosphere that an event like this creates. How they convinced themselves that this would further their cause mystifies me.
On the bright side, we were able to drown them out with our "Go, Jets, go!" cheering and keep the electric feeling in the arena alive. Let's hope for a great season in 2013!

Shame on those who gave the finger to the Idle No More protesters and chanted "Go, Jets, go" in an attempt to drown them out at the Winnipeg Jets open practice on Sunday.
I was there and I am disgusted.
