Put 'em on a leash
I thoroughly enjoyed my two visits this week to the River Trail, once in the evening and once during the day. It is so heartening in this cold winter to see Winnipeggers so completely embracing being outside and being active.
Unfortunately, the many smiles were nearly outnumbered by the many unleashed dogs, chasing and barking at each other. Please, enjoy the trail with your tethered pet.
