Snow hazard
I am appalled by the number of motorists who are driving around the city with their windows obscured by snow. I know when it is so cold all you want to do is get into your car, but please take the time to ensure that your drive is safe with consideration to your fellow motorists. One morning I saw two near-misses that would have been further complicated by the fact that their licences were not visible.
For our lives' sake, use common sense!
