Re: Ice Age deepens (Dec. 7). It's time for the NHL negotiations shootout. Here's how it works:
The two parties make the selection of the proposal they want to negotiate, such as the last, the first. If there is no consensus, they put the proposals in a hat and choose one.
Then they take turns and select one clause at a time from the undecided ones. First pick is decided by the coin toss. The other guy takes second and third picks from his list and so on until you're done.
The last step is the real negotiations when each side can barter changes with the other side. A strict time limit is set, such as 24 hours. This is my stocking stuffer for all hockey lovers. Merry Christmas!
