Thinking for herself
While I do not share the religious convictions of the members of Parliament who voted in favour of the recent pro-life motion, I would never consider voting against their right to pray. I only wish they would start treating women with the same dignity.

Re: Ambrose's shocker all about 'awareness' (Sept. 28) A big round of applause for Rona Ambrose. Finally, a politician who can think for herself and determine right from wrong.
Is abortion the only issue that affects women? Are all the women pro-abortion on demand?
One has to be totally ignorant to believe that life begins at birth. Her stance may prevent thousands of female fetuses from being aborted.
Let's hope others use her example and start thinking for themselves rather than following agendas propagated by loud groups.
