Stephens County Sheriffs Department These three young men are charged in Oklahoma shooting.

Re: Accused killers bored: prosecutor (Aug. 21). This Oklahoma crime happened on the same day as a man in another state fired off a Kalashnikov in a schoolyard and a three-year-old shot himself in the head with a gun poorly stored in the family home.

Winnipeggers contemplating getting away for a winter vacation might want to choose states that have good gun control, like Hawaii or California, over so-called red states, where the tide of human blood is cresting.

How much longer can Americans elevate the second half of a badly-worded Second Amendment above the Sixth Commandment?

Florida, Arizona and Louisiana, all prime Canadian tourism destinations, are worst-offenders on the gun issue.
