Chabot Implements and Access Credit Union are in trhe running for a long term achievement award from the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce.
The two businesses are finalists in this category, with the winner to be named at an award ceremony on Oct. 17.
Bernie Chabot said he's pleased that his 78-year-old family business was nominated.
Access Credit Union has 19 locations including branches in Oak Bluff and Sanford. Regional manager Glenda Lepage said the credit union's employees are gratified to have their work recognized.
