Socializing over good food
A meal program is offered at Elie Manor from Monday to Friday at 5:30 p.m. for just $6. Please call 204-353-2470 the day before you plan to attend or sign up at the Manor.  
A weekly lunch program is offered at St. Eustache Manor on Wednesdays at 12:30 p.m. Please call 204-353-2470 the day before or sign up at the Manor.

Celebrating 154 years
Members of St. Anne’s Anglican Church in Poplar Point invite everyone to join them at their annual anniversary service on August 11 at 10:30 a.m. The service will be followed by a picnic.

Admire some foreign wheels
A Euro-British car show will be held on August 11 at the Headingley Community Centre, 5353 Portage Ave. from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Try your luck after dinner
A pot-luck supper is planned for August 12 at 5:30 p.m. at St. Eustache Manor, with cards to follow.  All residents of the surrounding areas are welcome to join us.

Visit the Portage farmers’ market
Cartier Senior Citizens Support Committee members are visiting the farmers’ market at the PCU Center on August 14.  Participants will be picked up at the St. Eustache Manor at 2:30 p.m. and the Elie Manor at 2:45 p.m.  The  $15 cost includes transport and a picnic supper in Island Park.
