After a break the St. Eustache Young at Heart members are re-opening their meal program on Sept. 6. Come and join us every Friday at 5:30 p.m. for good food, socializing and sometimes entertainment at the St. Eustache Community Hall. Step back in time
The first Headingley Heritage Day is planned for Sept. 8 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Headingley Community Centre, 5353 Portage Ave. The event includes oral history presentations, photo display, movie and free admission to the Headingley Heritage Centre, Jim’s Vintage Garages.

The Headingley Municipal Library is holding a memorial garden opening and dedication of a memorial plaque to Dr.
Robert Thorlakson on Sept. 14 at noon. Refreshments will be served and all are invited.
