Socializing over good food
A meal program is offered at Elie Manor from Monday to Friday at 5:30 p.m. for just $6. Please call 204-353-2470 the day before you plan to attend or sign up at the Manor.

Canadian Blood Services is holding a blood donor clinic on July 12 at Ecole St. Eustache from 4 to 8 p.m. You can book an appointment by calling 1-888-236-6283 or online at www.blood.ca

Picnic in the park
The Cartier Supprt for Seniors Committee is planning a day trip to Assiniboine Park on July 16 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The $15 cost includes transportation and a picnic lunch.
There will be a pick-up at St. Eustache Manor at 10:45 a.m. and at Elie Manor at 11 a.m. Please sign up at either of the manors or call Lin 204-353-2470.

Summertime barbecue
A barbecued rib dinner is planned for July 22 at Elie Manor. The cost is $6, and you must sign up or call Lin at 204-353-2470 by July 19 if you plan on attending.

Admire some foreign wheels
A Euro-British car show will be held on August 11 at the Headingley Community Centre, 5353 Portage Ave. from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
