Christina Vasquez, who helped introduce Manitobans to the high-energy and fun exercise style known as zumba, is bringing her moves to St. Francois Xavier.

Vasquez received her certification back in 2009, and has taught many classes since then. Registration is now open for her class in St. Francois Xavier, which begins Nov. 4.

The St. Francois Xavier Community Club is offering this six-week class on Monday evenings at 7 p.m. The registration cost is $60 and deadline is Nov. 3.

Vasquez emphasizes that zumba isn’t an intimidating exercise, and doesn’t require prior exercise or dance experience.

To register, call Amber at 204-864-2317 or email ambgallant@gmail.com
