Trailer Wizards hold their grand opening

  • Print

Trailer Wizards Ltd. held the grand opening of its new 37,000 square‐foot facility, located within CentrePort Canada, on April 4.

Trailer Wizards is a Canada‐wide operation that set up its first Winnipeg branch in 2010. The company’s new, expanded location will accommodate an additional 14 trailer bays as well as washing bays, complete trailer bodywork repairs, 5,000 square feet of office space, and will add 10 to 20 new employees to the company’s workforce.

Trailer Wizards’ new location is at one of two industrial parks within CentrePort that have been experiencing a construction boom over the past few years. To date, 27 companies have either opened new or expanded operations or are in the process of building facilities. This represents approximately 150 acres of new development within a section of CentrePort that will have direct access to the new expressway, CentrePort Canada Way.

"I’d like to congratulate Trailer Wizards on setting up operations at CentrePort," said Diane Gray, president and CEO of CentrePort Canada Inc. "There’s been strong investor interest in these industrial parks, and I’d like to thank our real estate partners for their efforts in working with us to joint market these lands. Industrial growth within CentrePort means more jobs and economic activity for our city and our province."
