Spring Health Conference slated
The Good Neighbours Active Living Centre will holds its spring health conference in April.
The centre, located at 720 Henderson Hwy., will hold the session on April 10 from 9:30 a.m. to noon on the topic of mindfulness.
The presentation, which will also include a chair yoga session, will be part of "an uplifting morning that will inspire you to create change in your life", according to organizers.
There is no cost to attend and refreshments will be served. Those looking to register can call 204-669-1710.
