Those interested in participating in the fourth-annual Pumpkin Charity Workout will have to arrive an hour early.

Organizer Johnny Fukumoto of Fukumoto Fitness at 4-521 Golspie St., has bumped up the first session on Nov. 2 to 9:30 a.m. from 10:30 a.m. A second session will be at 11 a.m. if there is demand for it.

Participants must provide a minimum $15 donation to support the Canadian Cancer Society’s breast cancer initiatives. Participants must also bring proper workout shoes, fill out a health form, and can wear a costume if they so choose.
