Dyslexia fundraiser to look at big picture
Organizers of an upcoming fundraiser for dyslexia are looking at the big picture.
The St. Boniface-based KC Dyslexic Learning Centre will hold its first annual fundraiser at the Masonic Memorial Temple (420 Corydon Ave.) on Fri., March 8 at 7 p.m., which will include the screening of HBO’s documentary film called The Big Picture: Rethinking Dyslexia.
The event will also feature a silent auction and cash bar, organizers say.
Tickets are $20 and can be purchased online at www.kcdlc.com or by calling 204-253-3693.
