The All Saints Kinsmen Club is set to hold a public open house to increase awareness and membership.

The event will be held at 30 Chesterfield Ave. (one block north of St. Vital Centre) on Tues., April 2 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

"Anyone wanting to learn what the organization is about is welcome to attend," said club president James Hokanson, a chartered accountant and married father of two, who joined the club five years ago.

"Anyone wanting to make a difference in their community and have fun doing it is strongly encouraged to attend."

Under the umbrella organization of Kin Canada, the fraternal St. Vital-based group is involved with numerous charitable and non-profit organizations across the city.

To register for the open house, call Hokanson at 204-781-2073 or email jhokanson75@gmail.com.
